Unprecedented Uncharted Waters – If it turns out that Special Counsel Robert Muller’s findings proves that Donald Trump, Trump’s Family, Trump’s Campaign and Republicans aided Russia in their ability to Weaponize the Hacked Information that enabled Trump into the White House and Congressional Seats to the Republican Party, and, if the US Supreme Court both Right and Left Wing do their jobs being the last Bastion in protecting America’s Democracy, then beyond any doubt, Hillary Clinton should be the “Legitimate President” and not Mike Pence, subsequent to Trump’s Impeachment or Resignation.

To go into all of the “Legal” details would fly over the heads of a large section of the American people, not because of education, but solely due to “Ignorance of the Law” that is complicated even for people that are Lawyers. The Title of Nobility Clause is a provision in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution,^[1] that prohibits the federal government from granting titles of nobility, and restricts members of the government from receiving gifts, emoluments, offices or titles from foreign states without the consent of the United States Congress. Also known as the Emoluments Clause, it was designed to shield the republican character of the United States against so-called “corrupting foreign influences”. This shield is reinforced by the corresponding prohibition on state titles of nobility in Article I, Section 10, and more generally by the Republican Guarantee Clause in Article IV, Section 4.^[2]
